1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information when scheduling services.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in limitations on future bookings.
3. Payments
We accept most major credit cards ( with the exception of American Express), debit cards, and cash.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
5. Health & Safety
For your safety, please inform your service provider of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition poses a risk to the client or staff.
6. Products & Returns
Products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Our staff are trained professionals and will take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
However, we are not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
