Childhood friends turned working moms—we started Ease with a simple goal: to create a space that felt flexible, comfortable, and supportive of the life we were living. We needed something that worked with us—not added pressure or stress. But it wasn’t just about us—we wanted to build that kind of space for others, too. A place where talented people could thrive without sacrificing their own balance.

Why EASE?
It’s in the name. Literally.
When looking for a name, we wanted something that had our names on it—but not literally. When we combined our initials and realized what it spelled, we stopped in our tracks. EASE. That right there felt like a sign from the universe that this was meant to be.
What began as a small vision has grown into a full-service salon and spa that truly offers something for everyone—hair, skin, body, and beyond. We’ve built a team of people who share the same passion, talent, and warmth, and it’s become so much more than a workplace.
EASE has become a family—to us, to our team, and to so many of our clients. We couldn’t be more humbled or grateful to be on this journey together.
